- It answers from approved knowledge — here, Tekenza's own — not from the model's general memory.
- A threshold
- Below a confidence level it says “I don't know” and points to a person.
- Never guesses
- No invented prices, timelines, clients or promises. Those come from the engineers.
- Tested first
- Before launch it sits an exam of real questions, and sits it again after every change.
