Who we are

Tekenza Labs is an AI-native product and engineering studio. This policy covers our website and how we handle the information you share with us when you get in touch or work with us. For anything privacy-related, write to hello@tekenzalabs.com.

What we collect

When you contact us. If you use the contact page or email us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, company and a description of your project. The contact page doesn't store anything itself — it opens your own email app, and the message only reaches us if you send it.

When you chat with Teki. Teki, the AI assistant on this site, uses your messages to answer them. It answers from information we've approved about Tekenza Labs. We don't keep a record of your conversations. Please don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

When you visit the site. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically keeps standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request — to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• reply to you and discuss your project,
• prepare a plan and an estimate if you ask for one,
• deliver and support the work if you become a client,
• keep the website secure and running.

We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the website and our business — for example our hosting provider, our email provider and, for Teki's AI answers, our AI provider (Anthropic). They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and correspondence only for as long as we need them to talk with you and follow up. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as our agreement and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Client project data

Anything you share with us for a project — documents, data, access to your systems — is kept confidential, secured, and used only for that project. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share anything, and the details are set out in our agreement with you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of these, email hello@tekenzalabs.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

We protect information with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method is perfect, but we take it seriously.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. This website isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
